George S. Edison is a Partner of Edison & Edison practicing business and commercial law.

A graduate of Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Edison has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1986.

Throughout the course of Mr. Edison’s expansive career he has participated, advised, and consummated numerous business transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions, business reorganization, and asset purchase agreements. Mr. Edison has served as general in-house counsel for numerous large businesses in various different industries. Mr. Edison brings invaluable experience to the table through his years of hands on business experience and successful business practice.
